President: Julie McAdon Julie has lived in Sunset Terrace since the spring of 2014 on Fresno Street with her husband and two children. She teaches the Medically Fragile Special Education Special Day class at San Luis High School and is active in the teachers union. She has been on the Board of Directors with S&T Mutual Water company since July of 2017 and she thoroughly enjoys her work with this important organization. In her spare time, she loves to read, camp, and kayak with her family in Morro Bay. Vice President: Serena Kacharos-Warren Director: Chris Gardner Chris Gardner has lived on Humboldt drive with his wife and three kids since 2002. He has a background in journalism but currently works for a San Luis Obispo engineering firm as their Business Development Manager. You may see Chris out on Sea Pines golf course or walking his scruffy dog, Scout around the neighborhood. His wife Mary is also enjoys golf and hiking around Montana de Oro. Chris joined the board recently so he could contribute to ensuring our little community has safe, affordable and reliable water. Certified Water Operators: Zac and Beth Reineke Zac and Beth Reineke have been customers of S&T since 2017, and began assisting with the operations of the system in early 2022. Zac works part time for S&T and has over a decade of experience in drinking water treatment and delivery. He holds T3 and D4 certifications with the State of California. Beth has also been working in water with the Air National Guard and private systems since 2012. Beth does daily administrative tasks for S&T and holds T2 and D2 certifications with the State of California. In their spare time, Beth and Zac enjoy being outdoors at the beach or camping with their four children and two dogs. Their combined mission is to ensure that the customers of S&T always have reliable and safe drinking water delivered to their homes without interruption. Director: Aaron Floyd Aaron has lived on Humboldt Street with his wife and daughter since 2010 and has been in Los Osos since 2003. He works in the water industry for a local city and has previously served on the S&T Board. His focus is on water availability and the long-term resiliency of our community.
